This site allows Fanshawe to electronically read your Ontario Ministry of Health COVID19 Vaccine Certificate to verify your vaccination status. To get your Vaccine Certificate visit https://covid-19.ontario.ca/get-proof/.
The Vaccine Certificate PDF, once uploaded, is scanned for your name and vaccination status. The Vaccine Certificate itself is NOT retained by Fanshawe College. It is only used to determine your vaccination status. Fanshawe will only store the result of this validation. (your name, student/employee number and vaccination status i.e. Fully Vaccinated)
